Poor service! Failed customer service! Unreliable!!

You said you were going to reschedule my delivery and split it into two. You later changed the delivery to the original date and said you'd deliver before 5pm. It's past 5pm now and you haven't delivered my items!!! You are fond of this and I needed this items for health reasons what is wrong with you people??? Why do you put people at risk so much? You don't meet to standards, your items never are what they are described to be you are quite a poor business. I want a compensation for the ******* service that you offer! Unbelievable!!!
