POOR SERVICE

I placed an order (*** ) on 16 May 2025 with 5 items. One item was not in stock and 4 were. I received only one item on 21 May 2025. Three items (in stock) were not sent as the last item was not in stock. I am trying to earn a living and was waiting for printer cartridges which were held back, because the last item was not in stock. I raised a ticket only to hear the other items will be sent. No indication when. Firstly, how do you sell items you do not have in stock? The item is advertised to ship within 5 to 7 working days. Today is the 28th of May 2025. STILL NOT IN STOCK. I received an email informing the last product was cancelled. I did not request for the item to be cancelled. Secondly, I expect my money to be refunded, not credited for future purchases. Why would I support you going forward? You are making promises you can't keep. PLEASE DO BETTER!!
