Poor service

Bad customer service. Bought an item on TakeAlot and was said it would be delivered on the 8th May 2024. Got an sms that the item is out on delivery on the 2nd but I never received a call or notification from drivers that they are outside. Noticed on 6th that on the app it says I have received the parcel which i did not. Reported the issue and they've been doing an investigation since since. I am still waiting for my parcel or money back and they not saying anything about it. This is really poor service I am getting from TakeAlot and never knew they could rob me of my money. Very said.
