Poor Service

I shop regularly at Takealot. I recently placed an order for honey glaze spice. The order took longer to reach ne than advertised. It was to ve sent to Ireland. The order arived just in time to leave fir zirekand. The was non returnable. The labels were wrong and the product sent was shared regular but had hot spice in it. I ordered 2 regular. One level saud hot and 1 saud regular. Firstly I wanted 2 regular and was sent the wrong item. Secondly the bags were not filled with the correct spice. I understand mistakes happen but it was how my complaint was not acknowledged at all. I tried the chat line and was told I cannot be assisted as it was non returnable and I requested an email address and was told she has mon. I was merely bringing ing it to their attention and dud not need a to be addressed so rudely.
