poor service

I ordered 2times and requested a same day delivery on the 27th June 2025,when the goofs were suppose to be delivered the story changed to the goods were mistakenly delivered to the wrong carriers.i rescheduled,everytime i reschedule they choose their own date.Funny how both products were at the same warehouse,both were delivered to the wrong carriers then on the 2nd of July they deliver one product.i had to male means to contact them ,they scheduled to deliver yesterday,by 12am the same product was again delivered at the wrong corriers.i had an option yo reschedule again,rescheduled for tommorow and they sent an email saying it can only take 2 to 3 days then they will den an email go me to *** this point im busy sending email and dms on Facebook asking them to refund me i no longer want anything from them.they ignore me and keep telling me about the rescheduling.why would i ask for a same day delivery if i will have to wait for 2weeks?please cancel that order and refund me
