Poor service

Extremely disgusting service from takealot.com I will recommend anyone to them, since I bought an item on Jan 29th and the item was faulty I told the item is fault and they must come collect it, they never came to collect as arranged and they keep sending msgs that they tried to collect but they never did, today is the 20th Feb the matter is still not resolved since 29 Jan 2020. I have sent numerous emails to them but still they cant resolve my issue I speak to different agents who tell different stories blaming the third party (courier companies) that I dont know anything about. Please refund my money back. order number ***3
