Poor service

Amazing how big companies like takealot renders poor service. Refunds are to be issued and have not received my money back after sensing emails and buying the same item twice. Thinking that the item would be of better quality. Customer service is pathetic where a lady claims it's been cleared at warehouse level. I want my full refund immediately. Not only do o drive up and down for my refund but I had request paper work that I indeed returned the item. I dont understand why it had to go this far for my own money. More than R1000 is alot of money especially under circumstances
