Poor Service

I cancelled my order under my account. This has been more than a week with no response. I send emails backwards and forwards today without my request being attended to. I have been a customer that have spent thousands of rands on Takealot. I think I deserve to be treated better. You continue this poor service; I will gladly make use of another online service provider.
