Poor Service

Two days ago I ordered an item from your app. Everything went smoothly up and until delivery.

Today came and today past (delivery day according to the app)

I went on my app and saw that delivery was attempted but the receiver was not available.

I was home the entire day, and not a single call was made to inform me that the package / driver is close by.

I called takealot and they informed me the driver tried to deliver but I was not home.

I then asked them to check on the system to see to which address the driver tried to deliver...not even CLOSE to the detials or my address as on my app settings. The person on the phone said she will try and sort it out.

Nothing happened.

I called again, the same story. The driver went to the completely wrong address and just gave up. Cool story bro.

Now I have to reschedule my entire day tomorrow in anticipation for my package.

And when I asked takelot to deliver it before 12:00 due to their previous negligence, I was informed they cannot promise anything as it is up to the driver. Bruuuh.
