Poor service

I am dissatisfied with their service. On 29 April 2024 I bought Diffuser from them and stock was available for that specific item. I used voucher to purchase that Diffuser. Today I received email indicating that my order has been cancelled reason bn they no longer have stock...Now I hv forfeited my voucher because of them. Again when I’m checking on their website that item is available.
