Poor service

Very appalling service altogether!!! This business is very vague and does not keep in constant touch with its clients. Delivery time is never stipulated, instead there are predictions. As a result of that, you can wait the entire day without any communication nor updates from them. Further to that, there are no contact details available so that one can call or even email them.

In closing, It would be very appreciated if you could look into these matters raised above so that one can even continue doing business with you.
