Poor service

Placed an order on 27.02 got a mail saying order will be ready on 28.02.

Drive all the way to montague gardens collection point to find out order is not ready....customer service attendands rude, impatient and lack experience in dealing with customers. I think takealot.com is getting to big for itself and forget that its consumers like me who helped build and grow their bussiness. Shame on you takealot....you definitely lost a customer, and who ever im comjng in contact with thats purchasing from you.
