Poor Service

I bought items from Takealot, but on pickup at the store in Potchefstroom on March 4th, I found 1 of the items broken.

I asked for the item to be send back and that Takealot should refund me the money for this item.

I received an email indicating that Takealot will give me a credit coupon that expires end of March, I again asked for a refund as I will not be buying anything in the coming months OR AT LEAST extend the expiring date till end of May 2024.

Up to date I have not received ANY refund or feedback from Takealot.
