Poor service delivery/administration

I waited almost a week for delivery ,yesterday was delivery day 11/03/2020 . Just after 5pm i get an sms the parcel went to a wrong courier facility ! Uptil now now news of when i will get my parcel. This is putting me in a dilemma ,i am frustrated. I waited patiently now this is a set back .
