Poor service delivery! The worst ever

Placed an order on 20th of July and paid over 5k on 21st July for my order. It's been over three weeks of waiting for my delivery, in which I take to complain that wasn't ship over three weeks and they said me a sms on Tuesday that it will delivery Tuesday before 5pm... I had to leave work early to get my parcel but nothing came and I had to contact again takealot.com only for them to say sorry was an error. I will receive my parcel on the 25th which is today and I choose to work from home to get my parcels only to receive a message that it's delayed and will reschedule. *** is wrong with them it's gonna be a whole month haven't received my stuff. Unprofessional and poor service!!!! I'm so disgusted. Want my money and unsubscribe to that poor service
