Poor service delivery Takealot

I ordered a dishwasher yesterday and receive an email today stating a cancellation on this purchase and have credited my takealot account. This is unacceptable as this dishwasher is still available but at a much higher price. I require the money in my bank account as I now need to purchase another dishwasher NOW and not in 3-5 business days.

I was not credited my delivery fee of R250, this needs to be credited to me as well !

I am not happy at all with this service and outcome and WILL NOT be supporting Takealot any more !!
