Poor Service Delivery - Takealot

I have recently bought a few Christmas gifts from Takealot. After delivery, a day later I opened my boxes and noticed a few items missing. I immediately called them to notify them they said they will look into it. Fast forward two weeks still nothing from them. They are refusing to give me a refund or replace missing items. They claimed that all packages were delivered and take absolutely no responsibility.
