Poor service ,delivery problems

I ordered a couch and some toys on the 8th of July and the order was separated only the toys were delivered on the 14th of July and it was only when I wrote an email to notify them about my missing item when they told me it was “lost in transit “ and they made another and it was shipped on the 15th of July and transported to their courier facility on the 16th of July ,I’ve been waiting for the order but there’s no movement nor communication .When I send emails to the Takealot team no one replies.
