Poor service delivery from third party

As a first time buyer on takealot i bought a univa gas stove Ug15 online i was told it will arrive 17th june but i got a call to say we are at the gate to deliver ur machine as i didn't expect anything today i was not around so i called my sister whom was in town 5 minutes away from home then when i called the delivery guy to tell him that un 5 min she will b back home the guy was so rude telling me that he can't wait he is going ànd i must the just tell my sister to be here. Truly speaking am so deep disappointed on how these delivery guy handled the matter it made me loose the excitement i had with the stove i bought so i had to call my nephew to receive it on my behalf.i hope these is the last experience i had with these guy i dont know what could i ve done with the anger i had with these guy luckily i was not around. These idiots are not the kind of people whom should be sent out to deal with customers as we paid money to get good service and we get communications on when will we receive our goods but it if it comes earlier than expected its a good thing but communication is a key the guy failed to call when he gets closer that am coming be at home if he was rushing to do his job without delays
