Poor Service Delivery from Takealot.com

I received a call today (25.11.2020) as early as 6:57 a.m. from this number +*** asking me if I have received my order and I said NO! And the caller hang up. Till now (2:00p.m.) I have not received a call, text message or whatsoever on my order. I have decided to leave for work because I cannot continue with this nonsense from takealot.com

Every time I must either complain or call before my order would be delivered as if I am not paying for it. I cannot explain this stupidity in service delivery...

You guys are full of ****... Nonsense...
