Poor service delivery from takealot

I'm very upset with the service at Takealot. I ordered a pool for my children 2 weeks ago, and only the pool cover was delivered. I am now told that the pool was lost in transit and they no longer have stock available, and I will be refunded:( But I had ordered this as a Christmas gift for my children and now it's too late for me to try and shop around for another one. I can't even speak to anyone in management, as they are not available and I have to wait for a call back. I feel like they lost the parcel and they should find a replacement one.
