Poor Service Delivery from Takealot

This is my first time using this Companies services and it left a bad taste in my mouth. When their drivers mess up and keep postponing a persons order they don't fix the issue. The only thing that they do when a customer wants to cancel because of poor service delivery. They just say " Sorry for the inconvenice caused order cancelled as per request. " Companies with staff who actually understand customers would have offered a solution, find a way to get the customers order delivered same day like originally promised so that the customer can still get their order and will be happy with the service. Instead now I have become an unhappy customer not that they care because its quite evident that they don't mind losing customers.
