Poor service delivery from TAKEALOT

Poor service delivery. There was no update as to why the package is delayed. Not on the app neither an email giving an indication to put my mind at rest. The call centre makes you wait 10 minutes before answering the call, the people on the line are friendly but unfortunately not equipped fully to assist, and only given a few go to sentences for FAQs which causes more frustration. I hope takealot takes this review to heart to improve their customer service.
