Poor service delivery

I ordered a watch online but accidentally ordered the wrong watch and the same day of placing the order I contacted takealot via email to ask for assistance I was so highly frustrated and dissatisfied with the responses I received they could not exchange or cancel my order and just apologized what type of business is this where you are unable to exchange or cancel a order I regret paying via eft I wish I chose the cash cod option as my money is now out of my account but I cannot be assisted they say they value me as a customer if that was the case than they would have assisted me by cancel or just exchanging the item why is it such a hassle I will most definitely never buy on takealot again and would not recommend them to anyone really poor service
