POOR SERVICE DELIVERY!

If I could give this a zero rating I would!

EVERY SINGLE ORDER I have placed in the past 2 months, has been delayed by days! I pay a subscription for same day or next day delivery for a ****** reason!

Turn around on the customer care is also USELESS!

For such a large company I am appalled by the lack of service delivery!
