Poor service delivery - ETA incorrect/false

Poor service and communication received regarding an order placed. Instead of getting the items ordered within 1-2 days as per the order confirmation, it takes almost 10 days. I could have walked to a shop and bought the goods myself off the shelf instead... my impressions and perceptions of takealot.com has been shattered.
