Poor service delivery

I have been buying at Take A lot and opt for door step delivery. Since this year,they fail to deliver.They would always ask me if I can meet them half way to my place,to get my parcels,yet it has been arranged that I receive my delivery at home.It has been number of times where my parcels had to be returned,because they fail to deliver it at my home as agreed.👎👎
