Poor service delivery

I recently purchased a 2 in 1 digimark blender at a velue of 392 in the 31 of May 2025 and there blender was delivered on the 6th of June 2025, on my first attempt of using the blender which was in the 16th of June 2025 the blender was leaking and smoke coming out of the moto of the blender, order a return for the blender to be replaced but instead I was given a refund off 302 which is was R90 short of the original purchase price of the blender.... So disappointed in takealot.com for such poor service delivery..
