Poor service delivery! Disappointed and angry

I’m terribly disappointed in the service I received from Takealot. They advertise and pride themselves on easy returns and refunds but this whole saga has been long, tedious and inconvenient especially for something that takealot admiited to being their fault. I frankly don’t trust the site, their products, their refund process or their services anymore and will rather spend my time entrusting other business who value their customers with mine and my family’s support.

They keep promising to get back to me and still haven’t been able to give me a simple answer or update to a query.

I will not be buying from them again
