Poor service delivery!

I wudnt even rate it 1!!!extremely disappointed with their services!! Placed an order on the 3rd of December.. Received some items, some credited.. But were is the remaining items???!!!!! Extremely disappointed as it stated the items were in stock! It states delivery on The 20th of of December but with no tracking details!!! Extremely unacceptable and unprofessional!
