Poor Service Delivery

So terrible. They change the delivery date as they like, then I wait the whole day for my delivery, which they say will come between 09:00 and 17:00, then the time passes, and then you ccsnt even check where the product is cos on their tracking system it just says "out for delivery" then at 20:30 I get an SMS and they say that I wasn't available for delivery so they are gonna reschedule... I mean... What is that. I've been waiting all day and then they say its my fault when not a single delivery car passed my gate. It's really disappointing. And you can't even query anything cos they're contact details are trash. You can't rate their services or anything. They need to take a page out of Uber or Amazon's playbook when it comes to service delivery cos this is just sad.
