Poor service delivery

Takealot is so disgusting and totally degrading at this point, they never cease to fail when it comes to customer service and delivery, I've been waiting and tracing my order since the crack of dawn today, and I've been waiting since. Quit frankly I haven't even recieved any call for reassurance that my order will be delivered. Now this is my second attempt in ordering my goods with them, up to so far communication has been stagnant. This is totally unacceptable, and they've caused me a lot of inconvenience. Can this be sorted already
