Poor Service Delivery

I ordered a pool cleaner to the value of R2300.00. They delivered me a sleeping pillow on the 26 January 2021. This was obviously a mistake on their side. I interacted with three agents and my problem is still not resolved. The call centre takes forever to answer. I spent over 20 minutes before someone answers. The price of the pool cleaner was subsequently reduced during this period, but the agent said that they will not give me the discounted rate. The three agents that I dealt with had very little knowledge on customer service and I was also told that one of the supervisors will contact me, But still nothing. i would like a contact person to deal with my query.
