Poor Service Delivery and unfulfilled order

Order not fulfilled, I still haven't received my missing items, I am very unhappy about this, I have R863 in items I paid for but not received, you have a camera system in your collection point in Polokwane, refer to the footage and you will see what parcels I walked out with, this is like *****ing your customers things, then I keep getting told that it will be escalated to the Branch, yet here I am still without my items I already paid for.
