Poor Service delivery

How I wish I checked out the reviews on takealot before purchase, I wouldn't have bothered to buy from them since they are an incompetence bunch. I still haven't received my order which was supposed to be delivered on the 6th of July 2020. I then sent an email inquiring about the delay of the delivery and Jade Jenniker rep**** to my email and said she will escalate the matter to the 3rd party courier team and get back to me and two days later I am still waiting for my order to be delivered! I will never buy from takealot.com again.
