poor service delivery

what a terrible experience with Takealot lately , the App does'nt correspond sametime anymore when my order is delivered it only tells me after 2 days ,drivers don't call anymore they just drop the with anyone at my delivery address without notifying me so I can be sure if my order is complete or not ,today they delivered me an incomplete order hence I was not there when it was delivered but when I track it on their App it say it will be delivered next week agg this is so confusing ,I am never again buying from these guys I think they are ******** now I just wish they can deliver my order or refund me then i'm done with them worst part I have some people at my work place that I have introduced to Takealot ,one of them has been waiting for his order that was supposed to be delivered yesterday even now he's still waiting now my reputation is getting damaged cz they wont trust me
