Poor service delivery

I am so disappointed in the service I received with my last order. An order has been placed for 4 items but I only received 3 items. I enquired with them immediately after opening the package and they confirmed that all items have been shipped. They are underestimate my integrigrity. I will not order from Takealot again!!!
