Poor service delivery

I had placed an order to be delivered on the 23rd of April to Mdantsane then when I check in the app, it was delivered to a wrong courier facility. I emailed them and provided a gps that goes straight to the address. It was sent again to the wrong courier. There's no communication and sometimes they don't respond to my emails. Since it's been in shipped status. They promised to deliver yesterday and they didn't and the status hasn't changed. I don't even know where my order is and when it will be delivered
