Poor service delivery !!!

I have ordered a steel trolley from takealot that I actually could have bought from any other supplier that is selling this item also, the same day! I had to wait nearly 2 weeks for delivery. No communication took place as to agree on a date and time of the delivery. The courier just pithced-up at my house during the time that nobody was at home to receive the package. the sms that was send only stated that delivery would take place before 5pm in the afternoon. If takealot thinks that verybody is sitting at home waiting for packages to be deliverd they area making a big mistake !!! If that was the case then they would not have any sales. If I dod not have my package deliverd today, I will cancel my order and never make use of takealot again. Home you find this review in time !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
