Poor service delivery

I have never been this disappointed from Takealot yesterday I placed an order and it’s was indicated that it will be delivered between 8 to 19:00 in the afternoon while waiting boom I see they are saying they couldn’t not find me so reschedule just like after I have been waiting so long and no one had call me not even an email for such communication. And this is for the second happening to me what a poor service and I hope they lose even more customers… look how they treated me Recipient wasn't available to take delivery, so we'll reschedule. 14h27
