Poor Service Delivery

I placed an order on the 12th of May and every day i log in to check the progress the date has moved.

This is extremely bad service and not on. What is happening to Takealot and the service delivery????

No updates, no communication, nothing.

You pay, sit back and wait.

Should we rather order through Temu as their service level is far better and you get your order PRIOR to the expected date......
