Poor service delivery

I ordered a rain simcard around end November 2020 and was suppose to be delivered on the first of December 2020, a confirmation was send to my number to say my order is out for delivery, then that was it, i never saw the order but they had already deducted my money fro the service.

Here is the sms i received "Hi Gospel, your Takealot order #***3 is out for delivery and will arrive before 5:00PM today. Track delivery http://take.al/t/6j17L.

I followed the link provided for tracking only to see, the order is delivered to where I don't know. i called to an arrogant sales team member who just said we have delivered.

This is poor service delivery.
