Poor service delivery

I have been waiting for my order from Takealot and they have been reversing delivery for the past three days. Mind you I have ordered nappies now I am out of nappies. No one has bothered to call from Takealot, all I get is messages that they could not deliver. I don't know why they could not deliver. I am promised still that my parcel would be delivered today 04/11/2019 but I highly doubt it after my experience.
