Poor service delivery

FNB called me to offer me a credit card and I accepted and I was told that Takealot. Com will delivering my card, I waited for about 4days than I was told the driver will be delivering but no call whatsoever and security at work confirmed nobody was there but Takealot. Com says the driver was there and I never came, now everyday the systems r giving problems and my delivery keeps being rescheduled... Stupid
