Poor service delivery!!

I placed an online order and was notified delivery will take place on a certain day which did not happen. The worst is that I had to follow up on it myself. Even now no senior person in management bothered to contact me.

Now it seems they don't have the item in stock but nobody offers me any alternatives!!

Really poor!!
