POOR SERVICE DELIVERY!!!!

I recently bought a 5-piece luggage set from Takealot.com. They didn't have it in stock so decided on their own to send me another set of luggage. I received the incorrect set of luggage after plus minus a week and a half. We had to inform them of the mistake and the luggage was collected and returned to their warehouse. They gave me R250 credit as a good will gesture. When I wanted to use it today it was no longer available. I checked my orders and noticed that they basically used it to refund me!!! So technically they never refunded me for the whole amount!! This is the worst service ever!
