Poor service delivery

I ordered a present for my girlfriend on takealot they charged me R60 for delivery which I don't mind as long as it gets to me on the date promised not only was it not delivered on the correct date they wanted to make me wait till Monday to have it delivered this was there failure when I asked to speak to a supervisor the call centre employee dodge around it another failure I actually feel cheated that I had to pay for delivery now when they can't even get it right they should of made sure I got what I paid for when it was promised but this is not the first time they have failed me as a customer and it makes me sick I really wish they made more of an effort to resolve this issue
