Poor service delivery

I honestly can't deal with the poor service delivery from takealot lately. I placed several orders with them and the first order was supposed to arrive on the 4/10/24, I patiently waited for my delivery to arrive the entire day and it never did (no communication or whatsoever from takealot) only to inform me the following day that my order has been rescheduled.I was expecting another big order on the 05/10/24, then guess what..the order arrived and 90% of the items where missing and the delivery crew had to return with. Inconvenience is an understatement, time is money...I'm furious!
