Poor service delivery

It seems like TAKEALOT.COM does not work with integrity, guys. I have placed an order on the 04th June 2020, when I track it its stated that is delivered on 23rd June 2020 but haven't receive anything. I did some follow up with their consultants clearly reflecting poor customer service. Took almost more hours to resolve the and indicate that I will receive my order today, guess what? Still waiting for them. TAKEALOT, Stop acting unprofessional when it comes to customer servicd deliver service as indicated on your values. I want my ASAP
