Poor service delivered and daylight ******s

I ordered a service kit on takealot and my service kit arrives 2days later no problem, the delivery guy then scans my parcel i then take my parcel and pay the guy, i ask him why it is so light and he glouts at me, i then open the box and too my surprise i just paid R630 for an air filter! I immediately call the delivery and he first declines my call, i called again and i found him told him about this situation he then gives me his managers number Roxanne i called her twice no answer i eventually get hold of her we speak and she drops the call in my ear and decline all my calls there after, i race to the office in Plumstead only to find Little 19 year old Roxanne chatting on whatsapp playing me for a fool. Now im struggling with these assholes to get my money refunded
